Senior Service Designer

As a Senior Service Designer at Circle K eMobility, you will be a key person in the development of new and user-friendly solutions that make charging easier and more accessible. You will not only design products and services, but you will also shape experiences that inspire and support our customers’ journey towards greener transport choices.

Your main tasks will include:
As a Senior Service Designer, you will conduct user surveys to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet these. You will lead workshops to map user journeys, promote ideas and validate prototypes. Your work will include developing and continuously improving design for desktop and mobile, and influencing the team’s roadmap to integrate user experience improvements. In addition, you will build strong collaborations with colleagues and stakeholders globally to ensure that the projects provide maximum value.

We are looking for you as:
We are looking for you who have a strong background in the field of design and can show a portfolio that demonstrates both design research and the ability to tell stories. You are comfortable using tools such as Figma or have the will to quickly master new tools. With experience in identifying and understanding user needs, you are able to transform insights into innovative solutions. You also have a natural ability to inspire and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, both locally and globally. It is important that you communicate clearly and convincingly in both Norwegian and English, so that you can build good relationships and communicate your ideas effectively.
