Service Designer

What will you do?

As a Service Designer, you will create, communicate and maintain a clear vision for our customer experience in store. You are curious and driven in getting to know the customer’s and agents’ needs & expectations and carry out quantitative and qualitative insight work through, for example, in-depth interviews, observations and data. You are used to holding workshops and have a large toolbox to help you. You create insights that are then presented in different visual contexts, such as customer journeys.

You have a burning interest in analyzing and concretizing customer needs. You are brave and innovative in your ideas that are presented visually and customer validated. Your work is performed independently but in collaboration with, among others, marketing, sales, Partner service, UX, development and agents. Your insights and solution proposals are used in all parts of our business and are permeated in all our work

Furthermore, the role means that you are responsible for communicating, planning, leading, and following up the work of introducing and implementing service design processes within Retail. Part of the role is about leading, facilitating and developing processes and collaborations based on a design-oriented approach.

Are you the one who will do it?

Your creativity and initiative take you quickly forward in your everyday work and you are easy to identify new approaches to developing your work. You enjoy working analytically while having the ability to present new insights to teams, project and management teams in a simple and encouraging way.  

You have several years of experience working as a Service Designer and have good skills in planning and managing various assignments. You have very good knowledge and long experience of customer involvement and methods for achieving qualified customer insight. You should have experience of both analytical and strategic work and how design is used as a tool in innovation and service development. 

As the role is new within the team, you have every chance to be involved and build up the service design work in retail based on your skills and previous experience. 

Previous experience in retail and consumer products is an advantage, as is if you have previous experience of digitalisation travel in retail. Strong merit if you have experience with the Sketch and InVision tools for prototype generation.
