What will you do?
In this role, you work both strategically and operationally to further develop methods for service design within gaming responsibility and deliver insights into customer behavior and needs through the customer journey. A major focus will be on developing a data-driven and customer-centric way of working together with the gaming accountability service innovation team and mapping insights and driving change through the agile teams
You will be part of a group of wonderful colleagues in a strong team consisting of competences in business design and tech. You work together with product owners, teams and UX design to develop concepts for new services and products, and identify both long- and short-term needs based on customer insights.
Organize workshops, carry out thorough research and in-depth interviews, AB-test solutions, develop hypotheses based on quantitative and qualitative data and visualize for the team. Yes, these are examples of what you will work with to gain insights that lay the foundation for, among other things, the digital solution. Here you get the opportunity to bring out both your meticulous and creative side, and take the lead in your role as a service designer for a solid design process.
Are you the one who will do it?
We are looking for you who really want to create user-friendly solutions for the end users and who are an ambassador for service design and insight-driven design work. You have practical experience in roles as a service designer and are used to translating insight into value-creating solutions.

We also believe that you have the following experience:
- Very good knowledge of methods for customer involvement
- Good ability to visualize and prototype customer journeys at a conceptual level
- Worked independently to collect and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to make business decisions
- Meritorious to have worked with digital feedback tools such as Hotjar and Qualtrics
