Service Designer – Develop the Next Generation of Services
Do you want to help create services that are simple, relevant, and valuable for people? We are now looking for a Service Designer who wants to help develop our products and services in a modern product company with a broad and varied offering.
With us, design, technology, data, and AI are combined to create better services and experiences. AI is a natural part of how we work and is used where it can create real value — but always with people and customer needs at the center.
About the Role
As a Service Designer, you will play a central role in understanding how our services work today and how they can become even better. You will work both strategically and hands-on, together with product designers, developers, product owners, and other experts.
You will, among other things:
- Understand users’ needs, behaviors, and motivations
- Map customer journeys and identify opportunities for improvement
- Design and develop new services and customer experiences
- Create concepts, prototypes, and service blueprints
- Plan and facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions
- Test ideas and solutions together with users
- Identify how new technology, including AI and AI agents, can improve our services
- Translate complex needs and problems into clear, actionable solutions
We Believe You
- Are curious about people, technology, and business — and enjoy understanding how everything connects.
- Have experience in Service Design, UX, or a related field, and are comfortable moving between research, ideation, concept development, and implementation.
- Are used to collaborating with different competencies and can both zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in on details when needed.
- Don’t need to be an AI expert, but are curious about how AI and other new technologies can be used to create better, smarter services.
