Service Designer

We are looking for someone who, just like us, believes that the best value is created by close collaboration with our clients and by not separating strategy and execution.

When it comes to the skills set you should have we expect you to have a solid experience from working as a Service Designer. You’ve worked in various projects with relevant methods such as ethnographic research, problem-framing exercises, creating service blueprints and prototypes, concept generation or defining a strategic vision. You are grounded in Design Thinking and have worked in different parts of the design process. You can empathize with people and from your research identify insights that you can realise into something tangible. You are not afraid to take on complex projects and you know how to present and communicate your work in a clear way.

To stand out:

• You have experience in working on a broad range of research and innovation-oriented projects, turning empathic insights into design opportunities.
• You are experienced in facilitating the design process and ideation process. You excel at bringing people together, facilitating workshops, design sprints and ideation sessions. You choose the tools and methods best suited for each specific situation.
• You have excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, which builds trust for your insights, ideas and identified opportunities You have an ability to inspire and influence our clients to create the best value for their users and pursue solutions that make a difference for both users and the business.
• You have broad experience and training in relevant field(s). This might mean a design oriented base, such as a degree in UX/UI, product design or industrial design coupled with a Masters, or other training in Service design and Design thinking. You might also have a background in industrial economics or economics coupled with behavioral science and service design.
