Service Designer

In this mission, service design is key . We are looking for curious people who know how to approach users and identify the most relevant insights to incorporate them into the design of better experiences. That they get excited about the idea of ​​participating in the creation, evolution, or redesign of experiences and services for our users; from the conceptualization of ideas and their prototyping, to the definition of both digital and analog workflows that involve different areas of the company.

What profile are we looking for?

• At least 6 years of experience in the design of digital services/products. Control and knowledge of the field, having worked on the development of digital products or services from their conceptualization, through their definition, design, implementation and improvement.
• Experience as manager of Design Thinking methodologies (eg Ideation Sessions, Definition of Customer Journeys, Design Sprints , Creation of Blueprints, Feature Discovery …)
• Production capacity (not only builds strategies, but produces the necessary material to turn them into reality, from a blueprint to a functional prototype), basic knowledge about the design of service operations.
• Analytical ability and demonstrable experience making data-driven decisions
• Experience in the management, design and execution of quantitative and qualitative user research processes ( customer research )
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience leading or collaborating closely with creative teams
• Strategic capabilities: Able to have a general perspective of the business, and discuss the implications that certain events, activities and risks may have on it. He knows how to think in the long term, and generate impressive and sustainable results and not only in the execution of tasks. Ability to establish objectives, link them to project results and establish key performance indicators for their evaluation.
• English, advanced level.
