About the position: A key opportunity to lead the company’s end-to-end digital experience, driving transformation toward customer- and employee-centered models. Responsibilities include:

  • Defining and leading UX strategy company-wide.
  • Designing consistent digital experiences across web, app, portals, and internal tools.
  • Evolving omnichannel customer journeys.
  • Improving satisfaction, conversion, self-service, and efficiency.
  • Leading design of key digital products (private area, app, onboarding, customer service).
  • Implementing continuous research and turning insights into business decisions.
  • Building and governing a scalable Design System.
  • Coordinating with Product, Tech, Business, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Leading a multidisciplinary team and managing external providers.

About you: We’re looking for someone with strategic vision, business orientation, and solid experience in UX and Service Design. Desired qualifications:

  • Strong background in UX/Service Design in complex digital environments.
  • End-to-end omnichannel journey design.
  • Data-driven decision-making with research and metrics.
  • Knowledge of Design Systems, Figma, and UX methodologies.
  • Experience in Agile and product-oriented models.
  • Sensitivity to accessibility, usability, and inclusive design.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (UX/UI, Research, Content, Service Design).
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Experience in CRO, personalization, and AI applied to customer experience is a plus.
