Service Designer
Fail Fast Studio
We are looking for a Service Designer with more than 3 years of experience in service design and Design Thinking. A curious person, up to date with innovation and business trends. With experience leading ideation workshops and the ability to convert data into behavioral patterns, and these into insights and prototypes. If you like to investigate in depth and are thinking of getting a “Connect the dots” tattoo, this is your great opportunity.
You will be part of the Fail Fast team , a digital studio with more than 80 multidisciplinary profiles that improve products, services and brands on a daily basis through design and communication. You will have access to a growth program based on Power-Up and mentoring sessions, with co-creation spaces and the possibility of training and certification in multiple specialties. All this, in offices located in Barcelona, just a stone’s throw from the beach. Sun, art, fun… Tempting, to say the least!
What will you do?
- Facilitate interviews and/or workshops with users and stakeholders, both in person and online, adapting the exercises to the objectives set.
- Ability to map research insights across the entire user journey, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for improvement, etc.
- Conceptualize digital services for national and international clients.
- Design user experiences and flows for laptops, mobile devices, wearables, TVs, etc.
- Create interactive prototypes and tests with users, in our lab and on the street.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary design, marketing and technology teams.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in Service Design.
- Knowledge in User Research, Design Thinking and Service Design.
- Experience conducting workshops, strategic vision and fast prototyping.
- Knowledge of digital product design and user testing.
- Experience in dialogue and management of customer expectations.
- Person with a proactive, positive attitude and accustomed to working in a team.
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Lean UX, Kanban or Scrum).
- Mastery of Catalan (minimum level C), Spanish and English (minimum B2).
