Service Designer

Fail Fast Studio
We are looking for a Service Designer with more than 4 years of experience in service design and Design Thinking. A curious, passionate person with “system thinking” skills and experience leading workshops with management and users. All in order to identify the context, devise process and service improvements and support change management. If you are looking beyond the obvious to offer that “big picture”, this is your opportunity.
You will be part of the Fail Fast team , an experience studio with more than 80 multidisciplinary profiles that improve products, services and brands on a daily basis through design and communication. You will have access to a growth program based on Power-Up and mentoring sessions, with co-creation spaces and the possibility of training and certification in multiple specialties. What will you do?
- Define and execute the research phase with management, stakeholders and users, conducting interviews, workshops and focus groups.
- Map processes, documentation and data from the front and back stages of companies.
- Act as a hinge between business and technology to ensure that technical analysis and recommendations always take into account business objectives and user needs.
- Identify problems and areas for improvement in internal processes and services.
- Conceptualize digital services for national and international clients.
- Translate user needs into Epics and User Stories for the solutions to be built or implemented.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary design, marketing and technology teams.
Requirements
- Mastery of Catalan, Spanish and English (minimum B2-C1).
- More than 4 years of experience in Service Design.
- Advanced knowledge in User Research, Service Design and Design Thinking.
- Intermediate knowledge of digital product design and growth hacking.
- Excellent listening and communication skills to facilitate moderate interviews and workshops.
- Great synthesis and narrative skills to present findings in a related, objective and holistic manner.
- Open attitude to give and receive constructive feedback and help others and oneself grow.
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Lean UX, Kanban or Scrum).
