Service Designer

We are looking for a Service Designer, with more than 3 years of experience in service design and Design Thinking. A curious person, up to date on innovation and business trends. With experience energizing ideation workshops and the ability to convert data into behavioral patterns, and these into insights and prototypes. If you like to investigate in depth and are thinking about getting a “Connect the dots” tattoo, this is your great opportunity.

You will be part of the Fail Fast team, a digital studio with more than 70 multidisciplinary profiles that improve products, services and brands daily through design and communication. You will have access to a growth program based on Power-Up and mentoring sessions, with co-creation spaces and the possibility of training and certifying you in multiple specialties. All this, in offices located in Barcelona, ​​nowhere near the beach. Sun, art, fun… Tempting, to say the least!

What will you do?

• More than 3 years of experience in Service Design.
• Facilitate sessions and/or workshops with users and stakeholders, in person and online, adapting the exercises to the stated objectives.
• Ability to map research insights into the complete user journey, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for improvement, etc.
• Conceptualize digital services for national and international clients.
• Design user experiences and flows for laptop, mobile, wearable, TV…
• Carry out interactive prototypes and tests with users, in our lab and on the street.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary design, marketing and technology teams.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in Service Design.
• Experience doing workshops, strategic vision and fast prototyping.
• Knowledge of digital product design and user testing.
• Experience in dialogue and management of customer expectations.
• Person with a proactive, positive attitude and accustomed to working as a team.
• Experience in Agile methodologies (Lean UX, Kanban or Scrum).
• Fluency in Catalan (minimum level C), Spanish and English (minimum B2).
