Service Designer

We are looking for a Service Designer , with more than 5 years of experience in service design and design thinking.
A curious person, capable of exploring new paths, new journeys. With experience energizing ideation workshops and with the ability to turn data into behavior patterns, and patterns into insights and prototypes. . With a Lean UX culture, daring and up to date on innovation and business trends.

You will be part of the Fail Fast team , a digital studio with more than 65 multidisciplinary profiles. Many people choose Fail Fast to participate in projects for big brands. Although we always say that the best is the internal culture: we organize ourselves into squads, a growth program based on Power-Up sessions and mentoring, with spaces for co-creation and the possibility of training and certifying yourself in multiple specialties.
What will your mission be?
– Define and execute the research phase with users and stakeholders, conducting interviews, workshops and focus groups.
– Ability to map research insights in the complete user journey, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for improvement, etc.
– Facilitate sessions and/or workshops with users and stakeholders, in person and online, adapting the exercises to the objectives set.
– Manage the user experience in omnichannel digital projects.
– Conceptualize digital services for large national and international clients.
– Design experiences and user flows for connected objects, “Internet of things”.
– Carry out interactive prototypes and tests with users, in our lab and on the street.
-Work closely with multidisciplinary teams between creativity, marketing and technology.
What can help you complete the mission?
- Have more than 5 years of experience in Service Design.
- Knowledge of user research, design thinking and service design.
- Experience doing workshops, strategic vision and fast prototyping.
- Knowledge of interaction design, usability, user testing
- Person with a proactive, positive attitude and accustomed to teamwork.
- With experience in Scrum Agile and/or Lean UX methodologies.
- Languages: Spanish, Catalan and English (spoken and written).
Valuable:
- Experience in digital product design (web, app, intranet…)
- Experience in XR, VR or AR technologies.
- Experience in gamification strategies.
- Experience in growth and data analytics.
- Experience in dialogue and management of customer expectations.
