Senior Service Designer

We are looking for a Service Designer, with more than 8 years of experience in service design and Design Thinking. A curious, passionate person, with “system thinking” capacity and experience in facilitating workshops with management positions and users. Everything, in order to identify the context, devise improvements in processes and services and assist in the management of change. If you are looking beyond the obvious to offer that “big picture”, this is your opportunity.
You will be part of the Fail Fast team, an experience studio with more than 70 multidisciplinary profiles that improve products, services and brands daily through design and communication. You will have access to a growth program based on Power-Up and mentoring sessions, with co-creation spaces and the possibility of training and certifying you in multiple specialties. What will you do?
- Define and execute the research phase with management positions, stakeholders and users, conducting interviews, workshops and focus groups.
- Map processes, documentation and data of the front and back stages of companies.
- Act as a hinge between business and technology to ensure that technical analyzes and recommendations always take into account business objectives and user needs.
- Identify problems and areas of improvement in internal processes and services.
- Conceptualize digital services for national and international clients.
- Transfer user needs into Epics and User Stories for the solutions to be built or implemented.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary design, marketing and technology teams.
Requirements
- Fluency in Catalan (minimum level C), Spanish and English (minimum B2).
- More than 8 years of experience in Service Design.
- Advanced knowledge in User Research, Service Design and Design Thinking.
- Intermediate notions of digital product design and growth hacking.
- Excellent listening and communication skills to energize interviews and workshops in a moderate way.
- Great synthesis and narrative skills to capture findings in a related, objective and holistic way.
- Open attitude to give and receive constructive feedback and help others and oneself grow.
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Lean UX, Kanban or Scrum).
