Service Designer

We are looking for a Senior Service Designer Analyst in charge of generating and promoting memorable experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities:
· Ability to conduct qualitative research using design research techniques.
· Ability to analyze and synthesize field data to identify key design insights.
· Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement services and products, digital and analog, using a user-centered approach.
· Competences to define the user journey considering the different channels, contact points and interactions, identifying critical problems and opportunities.
· Skills of visual representation and creation of presentations and strategic documentation with a short, medium and long term vision.
· Up to date on the latest techniques in your field, ready to share insights and thoughts with your team.
· A problem solver with an “I’m here to help” attitude who believes in collaborative work.
Requirements:
– Minimum experience of 3 years as Service Designer, Strategic Designer or a similar role.
– Portfolio of design projects.
– Experience design methodologies and user research.
– Ability to solve problems.
– Excellent communication skills.
