Lead Service Designer

We are looking for a Lead Service Designer with UX experience for an assignment where they will work on core functionality for a financial institute and ensure that the digital flows are performing/documented and created in the best way. It is a job where the details matter and the right resource will have the ability to independently work on the different tasks to then have workshops and present ideas/results etc or report to the manager for the next step in the progress.
Must have:
• Proven years’ experience working as a service designer or product designer, either in-house or at an agency
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in planning, facilitating, and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative user research
• Deep expertise in mapping complex service blueprints; documenting both user experience and backstage processes, systems, and tools
• Excellent storytelling skills that engage people in the user perspective and bring to life opportunities and the vision for the future
• A strong portfolio that showcases your design process and the outcomes you’ve delivered
Responsibilities:
• Skilled in common design tools; Sketch, Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, etc.
• Familiarity with a range of research techniques and related deliverables
• Synthesize data from many sources to identify strategic opportunities and recommend innovative solutions. Collect and assimilate customer data to guide design.
• Set up and conduct user research and perform usability testing.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative user research.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, wireframes, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Create the information architecture for user experiences.
• Able to set up co-creation workshops that unite forces and give stakeholders a clear sense of direction and help them throughout the design validation process.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, clearly articulating user needs and incorporate them in design solutions.
• Translate insights created from research and client input into deliverables (wireframes, user flows, sketches, interaction specifications).
Skills:
• Experienced in leading or facilitating workshops and conducting user / stakeholder interview
• You have experience in UX/UI best practices, the user-centred design process, and techniques.
• You translate research insights to design strategy.
• You possess excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, including multi-tasking on multiple projects simultaneously.

2) Bachelor’s degree a minimum of 5 years of Service design experience for digital products or services.
