Service Designer

You will

• Lead or participate in innovation and design projects across departments and areas of focus
• Participate in the work to further develop and train the organization in user-centred processes and methods
• Contribute to exercising the innovation muscle across the Red Cross
• Be a driving force for new ways of thinking in an organization that is willing to learn and curious, but large and complex.
• Work with organizational development, research and insight work

We believe you

• Has higher education, preferably at master’s level, in design, innovation or other relevant subject areas.
  Experience can compensate for a lack of education
• Has a few years of work experience with service design from innovation and design processes
• Has a burning commitment to service design as a method
• Understands the interaction between strategy, technology and design and is able to elevate design to a strategic level
• Able to communicate both verbally and visually, and master the most common digital design tools

• Has good collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships
• Able to work independently and enjoy structuring and planning your own everyday life
• Initiative, positive and outgoing
