• You have a toolbox full of methods and tools that you juggle and adapt to different situations
• You work in a structured and targeted manner, and collaborate well with others
• You have preferably worked in complex organisations
• You have a higher education in service design, industrial design, innovation, psychology or another relevant subject

As a service designer with us, you use storytelling when you communicate, and you justify and discuss design choices in interdisciplinary teams. You see the overall perspective and the broad lines, but you can also break the whole into parts and put them back together into a whole. You work as well independently as in a team, and involvement and co-creation is something that is a natural part of your process.
