We are a competent professional environment consisting of 21 designers who constantly help each other to improve, think new things and try new things. We are keen to have an open and honest tone and to be good supporters of each other. Together we will learn from customer and user behavior to create the best services.
Our employees are our most important resource. In order to achieve the goal of being among the best in our professional field, we are constantly concerned that our competence should be optimal for the tasks we have to perform. In addition to external courses and conferences, we also have a lot of professional and social gatherings internally. Every Friday, everyone in the design department spends time together. We have different arrangements, such as specialist forums, design criticism or design nerding.
We want you as:
- has a toolbox full of methods and tools that you juggle and adapt to different situations
- works structured and targeted, and works equally well independently as in a team
- has good visualization and communication skills
- has a few years' work experience and who has worked with digitization in complex organisations
- has a higher education in service design, industrial design, innovation, psychology or another relevant subject
