Senior Service Designer

The Senior Service Designer will work with all the profiles of the pole according to the mission that he will have to

realize as well as the other poles of the company (technical profiles, project managers etc…). This will allow him to discover the different areas of expertise and to raise his skills on the integrated Design approach which is implemented in the cluster.

He also develops an operational consulting position with clients from taking briefs to producing deliverables.

Your tasks:

• You will define the strategy and design multi-channel experiences for key account customers and innovative start-ups.
• You will support the sales team on strategic recommendations, service design and user experience during calls for tenders.
• You will be responsible for the discovery, definition, prototyping and realization phases. You will also be involved in the development phase of the project whatever the project methods (Cascade, agile, lean, V, triple loops).
• Participation in user studies and the collection of insights: in situ observation, individual interviews, focus group, sorting by cards, benchmark, etc.
• Production of the design deliverables necessary for the smooth running of a project: personae, documentary analysis, experience map, customer journey, etc.
• You tell the projects through story telling and sketchnoting
• You will have to ensure the rise in junior profile skills
• You will play a role of evangelizer internally but also with our customers.

About you : 

• Graduated from a school of Design bac+4/5, you have at least 6 years of practice in service design in an agency or service company with a strong digital culture and multidisciplinary teams.
• You have already implemented user experience methodologies with a real quantified impact.
• You are able to absorb different and new customer issues.
