Within the MAIF Service Design team, you will contribute to developing experiences that matter to both members and employees.
In managing projects, you will be required to:
-Prepare and conduct research with users and stakeholders
-Identify the pain points, needs and opportunities in the experience of our members and employees
-Mapping routes, services and ecosystems
-Formalize recommendations and scenarios
-Contribute to defining strategic directions for experience and aligning stakeholders around them
-Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to transform recommendations into concrete changes
-Participate in spreading an experiential culture within the company
Your team
The Service Design team consists of 12 designers attached to the Marketing & Design Department and integrated into a guild of more than 80 designers with complementary expertise.
It supports MAIF’s major experience challenges, working on both customer journeys and services as well as organizational transformations. The designers collaborate daily with a wide range of stakeholders to create coherent experiences, grounded in real-world use and embodying MAIF’s unique identity.
For example, we are called upon to intervene on the following subjects:
-To improve the experience of a member upon joining the mutual insurance company or in the event of a claim
-Design new prevention services related to climate issues
-Improve the experiences of specific groups such as teachers
-Support the organization’s evolution to familiarize employees with customer experience issues and enable them to manage it.
Profile / Qualifications
Whether you are a recent graduate or already have a few years of experience, we are primarily looking for someone capable of analyzing complex situations, working with diverse profiles and transforming their observations into concrete proposals.
-Advanced training in service design, strategic design or related discipline (innovation, humanities, strategy, etc.).
-Practice of user-centered design acquired in an academic, associative or professional context.
-Ability to structure a problem and to construct reasoned recommendations, both orally and in writing.
-Interest in the challenges of experience and transformation.
