Service Designer

For the Service Designer position , we are looking for a professional who loves to work with quality, is aware of the latest in the mobile world, is proactive and creative.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTIONS
• Plan, execute and facilitate co-creation sessions and innovation projects based on the Design Thinking approach, in projects of ioasys’ external and internal clients;
• Translate needs, behaviors and opportunities into insights and ideas;
• Apply user research methods and develop prototypes;
• Prepare reports and process results.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Completed higher education in Product Design, Graphic Design, Service Design or similar areas;
• Experience in the application of user-centered methodologies, such as: Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Lean Inception, etc;
• Experience in facilitating dynamics and workshops;
• Knowledge in project management and technology;
• Content design and diagramming skills;
• Communicative and creative profile;
• Solid knowledge of design tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.);
• Intermediate or advanced English for communication.
