For the Service Designer position , we are looking for a professional who loves to work with quality, is aware of the news, is proactive and creative. In addition, he will have the opportunity to learn from our team, exchange ideas and work on the most interesting projects developed by the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTIONS

  • Design and conduct quantitative assessments and research, focusing on the development of context-sensitive questionnaires for the target audience and the mitigation of research biases;
  • Design and conduct qualitative research, such as in-depth interviews, participant observations, and ethnographic research;
  • Combine and adapt desk research methods, secondary source data and trend analysis to address Immersion steps;
  • Analyze and synthesize research findings, through presentations, reports, workshops and other creative approaches that enhance communication and understanding of the information collected;
  • Combine and adapt research methods to address the needs of each challenge in an environment of rapid changeover and continuous cycles of discovery and delivery;
  • Maintain an interface with the data team to assist in the construction and validation pre and post execution of the research;
  • Help to foster the culture of research within the company, working in multidisciplinary teams and bringing the user’s perspective to decision-making;

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge and previous experience with the calculation of sample cuts;
  • Previous knowledge and experience with research methodology
  • Previous knowledge and experience with the planning, execution and analysis of qualitative and quantitative research;
  • Knowledge in statistical analysis;
  • Good communication skills;

DESIRABLE

  • English;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies;
  • Knowledge in User-Centered Design;
  • Experience with Graphic Design focused on Information Visualization;
  • Solid experience in Service Design;
  • Experience working with digital products;
