Responsibilities and assignments
A professional who serves as a technical and strategic reference in complex service design projects, supporting the Design team and others through mentoring and process leadership. Responsible for ensuring consistency and excellence in design delivery, as well as driving the evolution of the team’s methodologies and practices. Works closely with leadership to define innovation guidelines and owns the design processes, promoting the continuous development of analysts’ skills and the adoption of best practices.
- Lead and guide teams of service design analysts, promoting best practices and professional growth;
- Establish standardized design processes, ensuring consistency and high quality in deliveries;
- Conduct workshops and strategic alignment sessions with different internal and external stakeholders;
- Diagnose innovation opportunities through holistic analyses of existing services;
- Develop design strategies that promote sustainable impact and business value;
- Contribute to the definition of innovation and transformation roadmaps, ensuring practices aligned with market trends;
- Support the implementation of agile methodologies and ensure the smooth running of design processes;
- Be the technical reference point within the team, facilitating the dissemination of knowledge and best practices;
- Develops and validates prototypes and mockups to test ideas;
- Navigates complex projects, bringing together different areas and facilitating challenging conversations in a conciliatory and proactive manner;
- Ensure consistency and quality in the design methodologies used.
- Conduct innovation, strategic alignment and co-creation workshops with stakeholders.
- Be responsible for applying good research, prototyping and solution validation practices.
- Support the definition of innovation roadmaps, aligning design strategies with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in design processes and team efficiency.
- Contribute to the organization’s culture of innovation and user experience, promoting good practices and learning.
Requirements and qualifications
- Experience in service design, UX/UI, or related fields, with solid experience in strategic projects and digital transformation.
- Training in Design, UX/UI or related areas.
- Expertise in Design Thinking methodologies, Service Design, facilitation practices, workshop leadership, storytelling, user research, and agile methodologies.
- Mastery of design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Miro).
- Advanced knowledge of innovation processes and design project management.
- Experience in mentoring and developing design teams.
- Previous experience in highly complex sectors, such as technology, finance or healthcare.
- Relevant certifications in Service Design, Design Thinking or innovation facilitation.
