Our web applications improve the service to citizens and companies. As a UX designer at the Tax Authorities in Utrecht, you have a central role in the renewal of our website and portals. The culture is fast and agile, with a keen eye on the quality of the work. In this way you contribute to the development of validated insights into customer needs and improvements in the customer journey.You do this at the tax authoritiesYou work on complex issues together with design and architecture colleagues. Through design research and an evidence-based approach, we arrive at realistic solutions. You will work in a multidisciplinary team where we plan and carry out the work together. Together you develop modern interaction. You use generic, digital components that connect perfectly to each other.What exactly are you going to do? You start projects that you transfer to executive teams. At the same time, you monitor the overview of multiple projects. You come up with concepts and pass them on to your teammates, the other teams in the train, stakeholders and customers. You use your knowledge of design thinking and service design methods. You estimate which parts of the method you can apply to achieve the desired project results. You also coach colleagues in this. - You have HBO work and thinking level in a direction relevant to the position.
- You have extensive experience with service design thinking.
- You have experience with product development and online communication.
- You have experience with user surveys, testing and interaction design.
