As a service designer, you work with customer need-driven development.
You have a strong drive, are persistent and enjoy working with complex challenges within an organization in change. You enjoy working together with other competencies to jointly concretize and visualize target images for our services and customer offers, contribute to prioritization work and support the organization in realizing and realizing our services and customer offers. You have a networking way of working and like to spread good experiences in a positive way. This means, among other things, that you must moderate workshops, conduct interviews and use tests. You will also develop and provide methodological support as well as capture and disseminate insights into customer needs. You will also visualize and communicate concepts and ideas and participate in further developing solutions and working methods. You will work across multiple development phases, from exploration to implementation. You will alternate between working independently and working together with different professions.
