Service Designer

Who are we looking for

You will further develop existing ones and develop new workflows where digitalisation is in focus and do research based on customer needs.

You will work closely with users and stakeholders and work in cross-functional teams. You have an ongoing close collaboration with Product Managers / Product Owners, UX designers and others in the team. You will also have many internal and external contact surfaces.

The role as Service Designer / UX is broad. You get to design tomorrow’s tools for the actors in the labor market.

Examples of tasks:

• Meet and work with users to capture their needs and improve their everyday lives
• Sketch design suggestions based on your research
• Create and lead design workshops
• Work in a cross-functional agile team and close to developers and other team members
• Help the team to develop their way of working from a usability perspective
• Work on the basis of power control with power mapping to achieve benefits and values ​​for the product
• Develop customer journeys, service maps or similar process images
• Formulate and visualize the needs of users and businesses based on research
• Conduct follow-up (Sus measurements etc)

The work also involves, together with the team, verifying solutions, conducting usability tests and proposing improvements. The work involves many internal and external contact points, including IT and operations.

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education in the field of design or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way.
• Experience of working with customer insights and needs.
• Experience of developing services that support internal business processes, concept design, interaction design or development of services in web, mobile and social media.
• Be able to create prototypes and work in tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD or similar.
• Accustomed to working visually in, for example, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience of working with innovative methods and tools based on Design thinking.

Merit is if you have experience of running projects, working with web design and working in agile development projects, for example with Scrum or Kanban.

You may have one of the following certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified SAFe 5 Agilist, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). Education in Service design, UX design or UI design, habit of working with accessible design based on WCAG and previous work with customers or customer relationships and or habit of meeting people in a sales role, we see as a plus.

You should also be able to or enjoy analyzing user needs and assessing business and operational benefits, leading meetings and presenting solutions and concepts within project teams and to stakeholders.
