Service Designer

We are now looking for a Service Designer at the beginning of our career with at least three years’ experience for our team. We believe that you are used to working customer-centric and data-driven to establish and orchestrate a new way of working. We believe that you are used to making surveys of complex systems, like to do in-depth interviews and facilitate groups and feel comfortable visualizing the analysis to insights that can be acted on.

You will work closely with your colleagues in service design and business development, segment managers and analysts. As a service designer with us, you work involving, exploratory and iterative to understand the business’ goals, customer and employee needs, and the organization’s conditions. Based on our common marketing plan and goal picture of the customer experience, the insights and the problem understanding that emerges in the work, we lead and drive business development according to the design process.

Who are you?

To fit into the role, you have relevant academic education and experience of working with delivery while building a new way of working and team in parallel. You do not have to have worked as a service designer throughout your professional life. Preferably experience from banking and insurance.

We assume that you are cruel within:

• Desktop research
• Qualitative in-depth interviews, quick-on-town, shading
• Quantitative analysis: that you can do some data analysis (for example pivot tables in Excell / experience with google analytics)
• Problem analysis and development of, among other things, customer insights and quantitative analysis
• Business case
• Idea generation
• Prototype production / trigger material
• Tests of concept
• Facilitation and education
• Presentation and storytelling
