Länsförsäkringar is a mutual company, and has customer focus in its DNA. We are now looking for a senior service designer for the Product & Customer Offer department. You will work with customer orientation and innovation to create value and security for our customers, as well as contribute to establishing a customer-oriented way of working within the organization.
In your assignment, you will work with both the future offer and optimization of customer journeys and our customer offer here and now. You will assume the role of CX Lead in our development trains, and collaborate in offer development together with other business units, to create the market’s best overall offer for our customers.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Ensure customer experience and customer value in the development of offers and customer meetings.
- Mapping, developing and optimizing customer journeys as a basis for offer and service development.
- Develop offers and services that achieve business goals and meet the needs of customers and employees.
- Support initiatives that change the organization’s way of working and collaborate with change leaders within Fondliv to establish and conduct customer-oriented offer development in life, pension, health and savings.
