Service Designer

As a service designer, you work with customer needs-driven development. This means, among other things, that you define relevant target groups, identify and analyze customer needs from a holistic approach. The role includes moderating workshops, conducting interviews and user tests. You collaborate with colleagues in various functions and enjoy moving around in different parts of our business. You will work during several development phases, from exploration to implementation. You will also visualize and communicate concepts and ideas and participate in further developing solutions and working methods.
You will develop and provide method support as well as capture and disseminate insights about customer needs. The role also includes using and disseminating knowledge about tools and methods that lead to increased customer value. In this way, you contribute to increasing the development power both within the department and within the tax area as a whole.
The role requires that you are a good and educational communicator. You have a pragmatic approach that permeates your work and you can adapt the method and working methods to the situation and context. You must be prepared to be able to shift focus and thrive in environments that are not always clear, where you yourself contribute to creating clarity. As a service designer, you are an important part of the tax area’s continued development
The service development unit currently has three sections and you will belong to one of the sections located in Sundbyberg. You have flexible working hours and it is a matter of course for us that you should have a balance between work and leisure.
About you
To do a good job and enjoy yourself with us at the Swedish Tax Agency, you need to be responsive, think new and take responsibility. You must also live up to our employee policy .
In this job you should:
- have good communication skills in Swedish and English
- have a very good ability to work together
- be self-sufficient and proactive
- be development-oriented and have the ability to solve problems
- be careful and have a good structure in your work
You should also have:
- college education in service design, interaction design, cognitive science or behavioral science
- experience of working with customer needs-driven development
- many years of experience of qualified work in service design
It is desirable that you have experience of assessing customer and business benefits. It is also desirable to have experience from working in large organizations and to work cross-functionally and agile.
