About the role
We are looking for an experienced Service Designer for Network Visibility (NV) who will shape how our logistics network operates end-to-end across systems, processes, and user interactions.
This is not a traditional UX/Product Designer role. You will work deeply with business processes, operational workflows, and data flows, ensuring that Network Visibility solutions are not only user-friendly but also operationally effective, scalable, and aligned to business objectives.
You will act as a bridge between business, operations, and technology teams, translating complex logistics workflows into clear, structured, and efficient service designs.

What is Network Visibility?
Network Visibility refers to the real-time understanding and tracking of the movement of assets (e.g., vessels, cargo, shipments) across the logistics network.
It involves:
- Monitoring vessel inflow and outflow
- Tracking cargo status and location across ports and systems
- Providing end-to-end transparency across planning, operations, and execution
- Enabling better decision-making through accurate, timely data
The goal of Network Visibility is to ensure that all stakeholders (operations, planning, customers) have a consistent, reliable, and actionable view of the network
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Business Process Mapping & Optimization:
- Lead as-is and to-be process mapping for key logistics workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and dependency risks in processes. Ability to challenge business assumptions and drive clarity.
- Ensure clarity on scope, dependencies, and expected outcomes
Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Align stakeholders on Process flows, Scope and boundaries, Expected outcomes, Acting as a translator between technical teams and business users
Data-Driven Design & Continuous Improvement:
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions

- You are confident facilitating workshops and discussions to align stakeholders across business and technology
- You are naturally curious about how things work end-to-end, not just within a single system or team
- You are detail-oriented and ensure clarity, consistency, and completeness in process and requirement definitions
- You are comfortable challenging assumptions and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders
Must Have
- Proven experience in:
- Service Design
- Business Analysis
- Business Process Mapping / Optimization
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- End-to-end process mapping (as-is / to-be)
- Service blueprints and journey mapping
- Translating workflows into structured diagrams (e.g., BPMN, swimlanes)
- Ability to:
- Break down complex workflows into clear, structured processes
- Define functional and business requirements
- Ensure alignment between business needs, backlog, and delivered solutions
- Experience working in:
- Cross-functional Agile teams
- Environments with multiple stakeholders (business, product, tech)
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills:
- Able to facilitate workshops
- Manage differing viewpoints and drive towards clear decisions
Highly Relevant
- Experience working in logistics, shipping, supply chain, or operational platforms
- Exposure to Digital Twins, tracking systems, or operational dashboards
- Understanding of:
