Senior Service Designer

This is the challenge:

We are looking for people passionate about strategic design with at least 4 years of experience in digital products, who want to impact people’s lives through the design of solutions, services, products and valuable experiences.

We aspire not only to help our clients connect with people, but also to improve their daily lives through the products and services we design. We believe in the value of teamwork to design humane, relevant and impactful solutions.

Among other things, this is what you will do:

• You will navigate uncertainty and convert customer and business needs into innovative solutions.
• You will generate and share knowledge, and inspire the team through design tools and methodologies.
• You will have dialogue with clients and you will move like a fish in water in complex contexts.
• You will have autonomy in the management and development of projects.
• You will work with empathy to understand the client’s needs and circumstances.
• You will communicate in such a way that you know how to explain abstract and complex concepts in a simple and consumable way.

Also, it would be great if you had:

• Experience in managing complex projects coordinating the work of other specialists.
• Knowledge of design methodologies (service design, design thinking, system thinking, design futures…) and experience working with them.
• Sense of self-criticism and constructive feedback, to improve processes and the experience within The Cocktail.
