Service Designer

We are looking for a Service Designer with extensive experience designing digital services.

We are very focused on the launch of new products (and / or functionalities), as well as on the continuous improvement of our services. We want to join a new profile to the team to continue improving on user-centered design.

We are looking for an expert with at least 5 years of experience in designing a digital service to contribute to our team and work together with all the departments involved

We need to:

• You come from the world of UX design or service / product design.

• You have at least 5 years of experience in the design of digital products or digital services. That is, you have worked on the development of an online product or service. From its conceptualization, through its definition, implementation and improvement.

• You have experience in autonomous project management. From the conceptualization, to the follow-up for the correct implementation and operation of what you have proposed. Continuing with the improvement of these for their evolution and efficiency.

•  Your ability to see a global vision of a product flow and to analyze and evaluate the implications of changes in it will be very important.

• You are a natural problem solver and facilitator. You have already faced diffuse and complex projects and you have learned to take them to the ground.

• We are looking for a person with resilience and enthusiasm in the face of new challenges with little information. Able to order and land poorly defined or imprecise ideas, facilitating Design Thinking sessions.

• Who knows how to work in multidisciplinary teams and who can help in the digital transformation of a service such as legal.

• Good communicator to transmit efficiently to different types of audience.

• You have experience using tools to define services: people, user journey, blue prints, prototyping, etc.

• Knowledge in Data Driven Design. We are fortunate to have an analytics team that will be able to offer you the necessary data to make decisions based on it.
