Strategic Service Designer

What we are looking for is…

A Strategic Designer with more than 4 years of experience working on strategic design consulting projects or services to join the team and co-design, land and drive the implementation of the strategic road of the Design discipline in one of our main customers.

And specifically, this is what you will do:

• Co-define and develop strategic action plans, based on an understanding of the function of the discipline within the client, for its development and growth.
• You will integrate design methods and tools to promote practice and meet the needs of both the team and other areas.
• You will define the roadmap of the discipline, facilitate workshops and prepare materials to achieve these objectives.
• Collection and integration of feedback from the team.
• You will identify new opportunities for the growth of the discipline.
• You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. 

For that, we need you to have…

• • Experience in strategic design consultancy or project services for high-impact companies.
  • A global vision of People-Centered Design, having participated and developed projects from conceptualization to launch.
  • Experience coordinating work with other areas or disciplines.
  • Ability to communicate from the user’s point of view, convincing the different stakeholders of your proposals through your presentations.
  • Experience facilitating sessions or workshops adapting your speech according to the objective or trajectory of the participants and that encourages collaborative work.
  • Empathy and sensitivity to detect new opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Management in the use of tools and techniques of the discipline (conceptualization of artifacts, blueprints, customer journeys, definition of business models and value proposals, etc.)
