Senior UX/Service Designer

What we are looking for is…

An expert in UX Service Design , with at least 5 years of experience in service design and user experience, capable of connecting the needs of the business and users, to define coherent and high-impact end-to-end experiences.

We need you to be comfortable working with tools such as Salesforce, MarTech platforms, sales enablement solutions , or, failing that, with complex internal environments.

And specifically, this is what you will do:

• Design and lead workshops and alignment sessions.
• Identify and design solutions and functionalities that provide value to different stakeholders.
• Ensure that the experience is intuitive, usable, and consistent.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical and product teams.

For that, we need you to have experience in…

• Strategic service design and UX.
• Design of journeys, blueprints and processes.
• Research and design, being able to demonstrate how research has guided design decisions and their outcomes.
• Experience in large and complex organizations or in regulated industries (finance, pharma, insurance, banking), where content, processes and tools are strongly interconnected.
• Design and prototyping tools (Figma, Miro, etc.).
• Collaborative work with multidisciplinary and global teams.

And it would be great if you also knew…

• Apply design thinking and service design in corporate environments.
• Facilitate co-creation and alignment sessions with different areas.
• Measure and evaluate experiences using UX research and metrics.
• Experience in defining data-driven products.
