Service Designer

We are looking for a Service Designer to work on a long-term ServiceNow project for a telco client.
Key tasks:
- Define, document & communicate the end-to-end service and support journeys for digital products.
- Be the voice of the customer, ensuring the company is the easiest to do business with.
- Drive alignment around the service vision, aligning it with strategic and product goals.
- Advise on ServiceNow usage and implementation so as to create the best journeys within available timeframes.
The project is in its infancy so the candidate will start by co-creating ‘Sprint 0’ deliverables such as personas, high-level Epics, user journeys and processes. The project ethos is very centred on working in a modern, dynamic culture which is laser-focused on SaaS/cloud, team excellence and DevOps mindset – the candidate will need to demonstrate experience with this and a passion to work in such an environment.
Experience Required:
- ServiceNow expert with strong understanding of features provided vanilla by different packages.
- At least 2 years’ experience in Agile Service Design in a telco environment, including B2B telco / connectivity products.
- At least 8 years’ total experience across Business Analysis, Product planning & IT technology delivery, Product Management and/or Service Design including experience with Digital products.
- Strong experience in complex solutions delivery for B2B businesses.
- Strong experience in tools-based scaled Agile delivery and DevOps using in-house systems integrators and product vendors.
- Experience with MIRO, Salesforce, CSG.
