The Service Designer plans and executes strategies to meet organization’s long-range goals including acquisitions/divestitures and strategic business alliances. The Service Designer works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Service Designer Job Functions:
-
The Service Designer evaluates and develops new market initiatives and analyzes business opportunities in both new and existing markets.

Develops proposals, including feasibility studies, for new business opportunities. Identifies, analyzes, and compares alternative opportunities for entering new markets and adopting new technologies.

Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.

Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
-
Minimum of five year of design research experience

Minimum of two years of project leadership experience

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Excellent professional communication abilities, at all levels within the organization, at all times
Preferred Qualifications
-
Minimum of three years of human centered design experience

UX (User Experience) design experience
