– Conduct user surveys to understand the needs of our financing operation;

– Develop and update the user journey in order to identify pain points and problems that must be addressed throughout our service;

– Design Service Blueprints of the internal processes necessary to carry out LoftCred’s financing services, raising pain points and improvement;

– Define, monitor and report management metrics that positively contribute to decision making;

– Work together with various stakeholders to be able to propose agile and viable solutions but also encourage long-term discussion;

– Prototyping services that are aligned with the needs of our operation and our customers;

– Take care of the customer experience throughout the financing lifecycle;

– Carry out quantitative and qualitative analyzes to diagnose the current situation and generate a framework that provides a solution to the identified problems;

– Estimate the impacts of the initiatives and define the action plan needed to carry them out.
