Service Designer

Our team at Pixel Health is looking for a Service Designer to help us bring human-centered design to healthcare. If you love untangling complex systems, mapping messy journeys, and designing meaningful services and experiences that help make patients’ and providers’ lives better, we’d love to meet you.
Overview:
About the role:
➡️ 3–5 years of experience in service design (or closely adjacent practice)
➡️ A portfolio that shows your process — research, synthesis, journey mapping, blueprinting, and the outcomes your work drove
➡️ Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams across research, product, technology SMEs, and clinical stakeholders
➡️ Healthcare experience is a plus, but a passion for the space is what matters most
Logistics:
➡️ Remote, with ~20% travel required
➡️ Eastern Time Zone (ET) working hours
➡️ Contract-to-hire
