We are looking for you who love to immerse yourself in issues, think from the outside in, challenge, support, seek out knowledge and share.

We go from being a traditional bank to also exploring new services and business areas. This requires an increased pace of innovation and that we deliver very good customer experiences – here the Service Designers in DNB have a crucial role!

Today we are 11 Service Designers who work to solve user needs in all parts of DNB. From insight to ready-made solutions in the market. We improve the existing, and develop new services.

Now we are looking for more colleagues who want to be part of a team of autonomous good people, who dress in ordinary clothes, are enthusiastic about both subjects and each other. You get to help deliver fantastic customer experiences and to help build the best in-house environment for design in Norway.

Responsibilities and tasks

As a Service Designer in DNB, you will be part of a team with skilled and very nice colleagues. You get to work on DNB’s most important projects and you want to be the expert in your field.

Among other things, you will work on:

  • participate in projects with responsibility for deliveries on behalf of the client and your own role
  • be advisor pre- and co-pilot with leading roles
  • ensure progression and balance cost, quality and time in a professional manner
  • identify and communicate risk factors to the team and clients
  • make daily decisions to ensure progress, quality and expected delivery
  • collaborate with other professional environments
  • challenge the established, take the initiative for improvements and positive development
  • practice service design, use the subject and contribute to DNB working in an even better way
  • test, explore, evaluate, conclude, visualize and present
  • develop yourself and your subject area

Who are you?

You are someone who thrives very well with people, both with colleagues and collaboration, but also through seeing the person in concepts and processes. You think it’s okay not to come to the covered table. You handle it well to help projects and initiatives that are in a start-up phase or that need someone who sees the whole picture.

Our dream candidate can boast the following:

  • Education and experience in service design
  • Experience as a service designer in larger companies and or complex setups
  • Experience with digital service development (channels, services, web, native)
  • Good ability to communicate, visualize and prototype
  • Experience in facilitating problem solving
