About the position

Do you want to help develop Sørlandet through co-creation? We are looking for a practical and independent colleague who can think the big thoughts and at the same time has the ability to turn thoughts into action. A colleague who wants to work interdisciplinary and who challenges the established. We are looking for you who enjoy familiarizing yourself with new issues, developing yourself and others, and working design-driven to solve various challenges. We want an employee with good pedagogical skills, with strong communication skills and a great commitment to creative, user-friendly methods – who are able to translate the abstract into something concrete.
