Service Designer 

We are looking for an experienced service designer who understands both people and business. You will be part of a senior professional environment with 13 years’ experience on average.

With us, you flow easily between holding workshops, business consulting, conducting user interviews, leading interdisciplinary teams and drawing up user journeys. We really do what it takes to help our customers define the minimum they should create or build – that users will LOVE to use. We call it defining a Minimal Lovable Product (MLP).

We often start by analyzing their situation – as it is, evaluating the customer’s input for new services and strategies. And then we also dare to say what they should NOT do – and what they simply MUST do. And yes, we are very keen to give good advice along the way.

We do not expect you to know everything, but in this case we are looking for a senior service designer who feels confident and competent in the role and ready to lead projects in this area. And then we hope you enjoy building trust and psychological security – as much as we do. In our group, you are guaranteed to have several people to discuss with about how to analyze interest mapping or how best to take the service further in Figma.

You have at least  5 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s or master’s degree. The most important thing is that a desire to be a problem solver. Understand both the customer and the users and create as much magic as possible in this interface.
