Service Designer

We are looking for you who are solution-oriented and who quickly acquaint you with challenges to identify opportunities with a user-centric focus. You enjoy attending customer meetings, asking the right questions, being comfortable with facilitation and being raw on design methodology. You love collaborating with others and do your utmost to find the best solutions for our users.

Tasks

• Create good user experiences that provide value for our users
• Facilitate and carry out insight work, interviews, user testing, implementation and learning
• Map and gain insight, both qualitatively and quantitatively
• Visualize services, user experience and internal processes, from simple user journeys to larger service blueprints
• Testing with the intention of improving and optimizing customer journeys, and based on this design sketches for changes
• Contribute to the development of user orientation in the organization and to the development of the design area across teams
• Visual communication and give clear recommendations Improvement of existing processes and solutions

Wanted qualifications

• Some years of experience from a similar role (minimum 3 years)
• Higher relevant education, either master’s degree or bachelor’s degree. However, broad relevant experience can compensate for the lack of formal competence
• Experience with facilitating user-centered design processes and is comfortable with running development processes
• Experience in visualizing user journeys, services and internal processes, from simple user journeys to more complex service blueprints
• You have the ability to map user and business needs, and turn this into valuable solutions
• You are confident in user testing, gaining insight from users and testing concepts
• Good language skills and good presentation skills, both in Norwegian and English
• Have a portfolio you are proud of. The and any selected work, we would like you to attach in the application / CV
