Are you our new service designer for a better mobility offer in Norway?

Our social mission is to create a modern infrastructure that makes people travel greener, cities become smarter, and society more sustainable. For that to happen, it is necessary to develop seamless services for the whole of mobility Norway. The app and web team at Entur develops, among other things, the Enturappen, entur.no and Tavla, where the aim is to make it easier for more people to travel by public transport in Norway.

Do you want to further develop the joint services that are at the core of these applications?

We at Entur are now looking for an experienced service designer who can lead design work in the joint service area, and who wants to raise the value of design across the organisation.

Your tasks will include:

• Have an overview and see flow across
• Assist with investigating opportunities, setting goals, prioritization and direction for design
• Represent the area in the DesignOps group, which is a working group that ensures that the value of design is delivered across the areas and broadly in the organization
• Assist the teams in taking a user-centered approach to the development of their solutions
• Be involved in ensuring that design is an embedded part of everything Entur works with

To thrive in the position, we believe you:

• is a flexible and sociable team player who likes to work closely with people in a larger interdisciplinary team
• are curious, good at expressing yourself, asking questions, challenging and taking the initiative.
• sees the big picture, but also understands the importance of precision in the details.
• have relevant education in service design/UX and a minimum of three years’ relevant work experience in the design of functional applications (app/web)
• Fluent in written and spoken Norwegian since Norwegian is the working language at Entur
