emagine is looking for a Service Designer with a documented design professional background.

The consultant must help the customer to make the job easier for colleagues in the company and their partners, by simplifying access to data and statistics for financial management and the invoicing process in the ordered transport, based on Arranged transport. The mission is to gain insight into the needs of the target groups, and to propose solutions for architecture and functionality that can meet these needs. Experience from accounting and financial systems or financial solutions will be an extra good starting point for solving the assignment.

The final deliverable will be documentation that forms the basis the system developers need to create better technical solutions that support the financial management and invoicing process.

The consultant will work in the TT team, but collaborate across order transport and the rest of the organization to understand needs and identify opportunities for improvement.

Tasks will be to establish and run an appropriate process to solve the assignment within the agreed time frame and with agreed deliveries. The consultant will organize and lead meetings, prepare documentation, obtain and process information, etc

MUST-HAVE requirements

(Offers that do not meet the MÅ requirement(s) will not be considered.

• Documented professional design background and experience in service design, both method and process work.
• At least 3 years of continuous experience as a service designer during the last 5 years.

Assignment-specific quality and competence

(emphasis is placed on suitability as well as education, competence and relevant experience within the specialist fields that are in demand.)

• At least 3 years of relevant and coherent experience within comparable projects from the last 5 years. This must be documented with relevant references in the CV, and it must be shown the results the candidate has achieved by carrying out insight work and leading design processes.
• Documented experience with system-oriented design.
• At least one assignment in the last three years where technical understanding and even good cooperation with product managers and technical resources have been decisive for the result.
• The working language is Norwegian, and it is important that the consultant has the ability to communicate without significant language barriers. Scandinavian (Norwegian/Swedish/Danish) minimum level C1, and English minimum level B2.
