We are looking for a Senior Service Designer (+5 years of proven experience) with a strategic focus and systemic thinking, capable of designing end-to-end services (front & back) by aligning business, technology, and user experience.
🔥 Essential Requirements:
- 5+ years working as a Service Designer.
- Experience leading negotiations with stakeholders and business teams.
- Proven mastery (in CV and portfolio) of at least 5 Service Design artifacts:
- Service Blueprint
- User Journey
- Business Model Canvas
- Ecosystem Map
- Value Proposition Canvas
- Stakeholder Map
- Roadmap
- Experience in Design Research, Business Design, and workshop facilitation.
- Ability to lead co-creation sessions and generate high-impact strategic solutions.
