WHO we are looking for

At Sngular we continue to increase our teams and we want to incorporate a Service Designer (Hybrid in CDMX) to collaborate with us in a hybrid way in CDMX

WHAT responsibilities will you have?

• implement strategies for continuous improvement
• User-centered design project control.
• Strategic and methodological approach.
• End-to-end experience of services and/or products.
• Strategic design skills (aligning business needs with user needs).
• Service design skills (tools, methodology).
• 360 research of products and services in different channels (online and offline).
• Generate guidelines and guides for each point of contact, providing value to all actors.
• Master tools such as blueprint, customer journey, experience prototypes, storyboards,
