Who are we looking for?
Service Designer
What requirements are we looking for?
Minimum experience of:
- + 4 years as Service Designer
- It is essential to have projects carried out in Design Thinking
- Extensive experience conducting research with end users and stakeholders
- Proven experience in outputs such as Service Blueprints, Personas, Empathy Maps, Customer Journeys
- Proven ability to generate rapid prototypes (from paper to using digital tools)
- Capacity for synthesis
- Proactivity – you don’t wait for us to tell you what to do, you propose.
- Have an updated Book on Design Thinking (Essential)
