The Service Designer is responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end service experiences that meet the needs of users and of the business. The service designer works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to research, prototype and implement service design solutions that improve customer satisfaction, increase efficiency and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of service design principles, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a passion for creating innovative, engaging and meaningful service experiences.

Your mission: 

  • Conduct research to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior to inform service design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop service design strategies, concepts and prototypes.
  • Design and implement end-to-end service experiences that address user needs, business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Develop customer journey maps, service blueprints and other design artifacts.
  • Conduct usability testing and other form of users feedback to validate and refine service design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain service design guidelines, standards and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across the organization.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in service design.
  • Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and other activities to contribute to the overall design strategy and vision.

 

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Service / Interaction design, business school with focus on service design or a related field
  • Strong understanding of service design principles, methods and tools
  • Experience with design thinking, human-centered design, and co-creation techniques
  • Ability to create customer journey maps, service blueprints, and other design artifacts
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Portfolio of design work that demonstrates a strong understanding of service design principles and processes
