For our team we are looking for a Service Designer, who is enthusiastic about innovation, enriches the team with his individual skills, his drive and wants to shape the future with us! Help our clients to FUTUREPROOF THE NOW: Find the perfect, sustainable and resilient solution and take the right decision together with the customer.

Design the touch points of different systems in complex services. This implements the communications between the interaction persons as well as the necessaries methods and tools.

Designing the touch points of the different systems in a complex service. This implements as well the communications between the interaction persons as well as the necessaries methods and tools.

With the help of specific methods in the design process and with a couple of steps the interaction touch points between the customer and the service provider will be evaluated and finally developed into a real „service product“.

This methodic process helps to get perfect documented results, which build the basis for the further development of the service. Ideally a system develops which is able to solve almost every situation in a specific service environment.

Service design does not contain simply rules for the employees. It is the design of the complex system in which the services run.

We understand this system as „vivid“ which develops continuously with the help of the costumer and the service provider. Service design should be able to help the service provider to find the perfect solution and make the right decision for the customer.

Therefore, it is questioned to develop methods, tools, environment or special offers.

Service design is not limited in designing the interaction process, but to design the area of influence of a service.

Scope of function:

  • Integration of design thinking
  • Designing of touch points in a complex environment
  • Development and exploration of the necessary tools and processes
  • Defining and evaluating the micro and the macro environments, stake holder, and goals of the product developments (Analysis of the actual situation)
  • Gathering of the methods to solve the identified problems
  • Consolidation of service concepts and processes to a service (service design)
  • Communication between the management and the design team

Qualification:

  • Ability to structure complex issues and to gather with a deep strategic focus
  • Experienced in big and complex projects
  • Familiar with design thinking methods and design strategy
  • Creative, strategic and conceptual abilities
  • Deep understanding of design processes and strategic design management
  • Strong interest upcoming product themes in the relevant fields
