◆Description of work
In the area of service and experience design, designers are responsible for the conception and realization of services as solutions by discovering questions that should be answered, with customer insight as the starting point. Application Requirements
Desirable experience and skills
・Practical experience and extensive knowledge of the design process Formulate project goals based on social conditions, design project processes to achieve desired results Design and conduct research to discover key customer insights Design and facilitation of workshops Concept posters and service blueprints Formulation of service concept using print, etc.
・Definition of concrete service image using service flow, prototyping, etc.
・Verification survey of service acceptability
・Creation of documents for constructive discussion with stakeholders

・A perspective that tries to discover people’s latent desires and behavioral tendencies・Knowledge and curiosity about business structures in various industries
・Knowledge and curiosity about digital technology , interaction, visuals, content, technology, etc.) to maximize design value
・Active collaboration and co-creation with global design members・Incorporating the latest cases and expertise into the design process willingness
・Willingness to cultivate a wide range of skill sets while further refining one’s own skill set
Desirable skills/experience
