Key Responsibilities

• Uncover user needs through qualitative and quantitative research methods, develop deep insights, define opportunity areas, generate concepts, and craft how people will interact with the products and services we design.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to understand wider market and business needs, identify design opportunities, and create meaningful products and service experiences.
• Lead the Service Design practice at a project level. Extend the craft and share practice across project stakeholders, the studio and beyond.
• Assess performance and provide career guidance for those in your project and line management team.
• Establish and manage client relationships.
